noisy corridors

poor ventilation

I was almost ready to sing praises about the location, but the noise from corridors ruined it-totally unacceptable. The room was hot, as if i was in a sauna. As a VIP guest, a complimentary breakfast woudl ve been nice, but i guess those privileges are reserved for others. What a disappointment, i couldn't recommend this place.

Stayed in fantastic and lovely triple room with excellant view. Location: the hotel was not far from supermarket and town centre, Fort William and Waterfront Lodge. Popped in The Grog & Gruel for shots before sleep, it was not too far away from the venue...

Not what I expected

The lake view was lovely, and the parking was super convenient! The room itself, though, felt cramped and kind of outdated. The vibe was more dorm than cozy getaway. Stoked to find easy access to a nearby shop for snacks. Just wish the heating wasn't so intense-had to crack a window to cool down.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town centre. My room was upgraded, a nice surprise. Ample parking made everything easier, and it was close to a supermarket. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the cleanliness was spot on.

The location was fantastic, perfectly situated right on the Loch. Plus, the clean and fresh interiors. The ample free parking was a huge bonus, especially during the busy Easter Bank Holiday.
